Social Media has been affecting my Mental Health
I’ve decided to take a break from social media. I will still be posting content on YouTube but have decided to uninstall all the other social media apps from my phone, and am only checking Facebook once per day just to see if there are any important messages I need to respond to.
I have made this decision to protect my mental health, as you can learn about in the video above.
