The Conscious Alpha

A man that is able to master his mind, body, and soul is destined for greatness. The Conscious Alpha stands strong in his masculine power focusing on his ability to create and build a legacy. He takes pride in himself and his life.

This is a 12 week one-on-one program designed to transform your life. Each week we will meet over Zoom and talk about your issues, strategies to implement change, and help you find meaning and purpose in your life.

Become A Vulnerable Man

The vulnerable man is wholehearted and able to share his heart and struggles with others. Central to that process is allowing himself to express himself with other men.

This a group coaching program taking place over Zoom. We will meet up every week for 12 weeks, covering a range of different topics, including: Masculinity, Success, Goal-Setting.

Recharge Your Soul

Step into your power. Re-connect with the inner child and take a step towards achieving the life of your dreams. Inside all of us exists a little boy or girl who needs to be fully awake within our life. That inner child is a lot more active in our life than what we may think, and giving the inner child permission to be seen and heard by others is crucial to living a life of meaning and significance. The program will consist of 4 hour long Zoom calls where we will discuss:

  • Self-care: daily habits and routines that nourish the soul
  • Self-love: our emotional state, wounds, and triggers
  • Vision: learning how to re-create a state of curiosity, imagination, and optimism
  • Contribution: learn how to devote time and energy to serving others

The Unstoppable Man

In this 12-week program you will learn the key principles of how to think more positively, develop a meticulous approach to achieving your goals, and move forward with purpose and power. Each week we will meet over Zoom for an hour, and you will have tasks to go away and take action on. Having a sense of achievement is key to confidence, and when we are living each day with purpose and meaning it makes for a more exciting life. By the end of the program you will:

  • Feel more motivated and excited in life
  • Feel calmer and less worried about the future
  • Feel more connected to yourself and the world
  • Feel more emotionally and mentally stable

The Four Pillars

Develop your core confidence with our four pillar program. Each week we will jump on a 45-minute zoom call and work on developing one of the four pillars; purpose, perspective, principles, personality. By the end of the program you will:

  • Have more clarity on your direction in life
  • Feel more emotionally and mentally stable
  • Be aware of how to be more authentic 
  • Know how to get the best out of yourself

Upgrade Your Mindset

Follow our 12-step program to building a strong and powerful mindset. Each step will involve a long video and homework task. By the end of the program you will:

  • Understand your strengths and weakness
  • Understand how to think more positively
  • Understand how to set yourself meaningful goal
  • Understand how to live with more purpose and confidence

Mind & Body Transformation

Learn the principles of how to live an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as build a powerful mindset. This program is designed is for people who need more mental and emotional support to help them achieve a powerful and fit body. The program includes:

  • 12 week training program (36 workouts in total)
  • 6 30-minute mindset coaching sessions over Zoom 
  • Support through WhatsApp
  • Access to private Facebook community
  • Access to extensive video exercise library
  • Nutrition guide

Fat Loss

Learn the principles of how to lose fat effectively and sustainably. This program is designed to help you drop fat without the use of any equipment. Program includes:

  • 12 weeks of bodyweight training (36 workouts in total)
  • Nutrition guide

Get Shredded

Learn the principles of how to train and lift in the gym effectively and safely. This program is designed to help you build muscle and drop fat. Program includes:
